Misleading, three examples:
- John Warden has recommended a water witcher named Dario who has had numerous failures. Ramona driller told Dario not to state gallons per minute or depth due to many failures.
- Email excerpt - Our property is located at …… Camino Vista rd, Ramona, CA 92065. The well was drilled by John Warden. …… This same site was selected by three drillers based on the surface rock formations. There were several fractures between about 400-600' and we only ended up with 2-3 gpm. We had him keep drilling to 1000' with nothing else.
- Warden drilled an extra hole for his client in Ramona, Rangeland road without authorization and wanted to get paid. Warden made a false statement and told client that Radar Water told him to drill at that spot. That was a lie.
- Ramona client did not pay John Warden but gave Warden and Anderson Drilling a chance to recoup but their other drilling targets did not produce any water.
John Warden has drilled many deep low volume wells.
When you question him, you need to look right into Wardens eyes and sniff him out.
